Hi Everyone,
I know it's been a while since I've updated or uploaded anything to LollyVillage and I just want to say that it's a new year, so a new start to everything!
Things in the last few months just engulfed me and I haven't been able to do any sew... Sigh. But, I will be sewing soon, I have some new ideas and I've been working on new material as well.
I've taken up crochet and knitting, so fingers crossed maybe some LollyVillage brand crochet Amigurumi will be coming your way!
My current competition is still running until the end of January, so please don't forget to enter! All you have to do is find ALL 5 items on my website with this cute little picture in their descriptions (see image on LHS). Then email me with the list of items the image appears on and you will be entered into the competition! Don't forget to tell your friends and family.
I'm also going to be working on the facebook page. I started a group, but want to make it a proper fan page. So, if I can get that working I'll be emailing everyone with the new details and how to find it!
Hope everyone had a good new year and I'll be posting again soon!

Halloween Craft Fair
| My stall at the start of the day |
| .staying busy pompom making <3 |
The fair on Halloween was really busy and lots of people loved the lollies! It was a Halloween fancy dress party and a craft market all wrapped into one, so there were lots of ghouls and witches running around.

Several times a few plushies went for a walk with little kiddies who wanted to show them to their parents. It was really cute. One little girl who was the size of the plushies took Highland cow to her dad 2feet away. All came back to the stall safely and I had a watchful eyes on everything.

My Commission status is currently open and I am now accepting commissions for regular plushies and mini plushies (wee dinkies). All the information can be read on my website. If you would like to order a commission please do so before December 1st as I will not be able to promise the delivery of commissioned items after the first week in December because the sketches will have to be approved, then the plushie made.

New Customer Feedback Page!
After spending a great afternoon out with my friends, I came home and started to redesign parts of my website. I've been RSS'ing my customer feedback page from Tumblr.com and decided to Google html for some comment boxes. I found this great code on this website http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/add_comments_to_website.cfm It allows people to leave comments and pictures of their items directly on my website... so it's exactly what I needed <3
I also have my MacBook working again! The charger was busted, so I had to buy a new one.
I'll be posting up some little tutorials and other works in progress blogs soon.
♥A little sneak peak of something I'm working on...
They are going to be little handwarmer covers that are the perfect size for a mini reusable handwarmer for all those chilly days☃
I will be attending several craft fairs within Dunblane over the next few months so don't forget to come see me! I'll be at the Dunblane Hilton Hotel on Halloween, where I'm hoping to be dressed up for the occassion <3
Until then, stay warm and enjoy a wee cup of tea! Please don't forget to check out my website: http://www.lollyvillage.com

I am finally Blogging!
Well, I thought it was about time I started to blog about Lolly Village and my other crafts.
So I'll start with a wee introduction-
Welcome to my blog <3 and thank you for reading! My name is Karen and I started sewing when I was really young, but it is only over the last 6 months that my passion for sewing has tripled and I started sewing daily ( my family bought me a sewing machine for my 23rd and I just haven't stopped <3 ). It all began with my first plushie; The Candy Stripe lolly, and I just never stopped. I have made so many that I've lost count and they are all made from the cuddliest fleece and want a new home.
I have a few different items (all lolly designs), such as Large Plushies (42x27x8cms), Mini Plushies (17x25x6cms), Cup Cozy and lots more. When I get my mac working again, I'll be able to upload more pictures of my crafts.
My mac broke two days ago, and I'm having to wait until Monday for an appointment with the Apple store. So, please bear with me whilst I get things together <3
Thank you for taking an interest in my blog!
Love Karen x
